    • NXB – VCC(A): 1.2 V to 3.6 V and VCC(B): 1.65 V to 5.5 V
    • NXS – VCC(A): 1.65 V to 3.6 V and VCC(B): 2.3 V to 5.5 V
  • Over-voltage tolerant inputs up to 5.5 V
  • IOFF circuitry provides partial power-down mode operation
  • Low power consumption
  • Multiple pin-compatible package options
  • Specified from -40 °C to +125 °C
